Yellow zucchinis
Yellow zucchini also called summer squash are sweeter than green one they can be eaten uncooked.
They come from central america, they arrived first in Italy then in France in the beginning of the 20th century.
Now zucchinis are a south of France cuisine emblem.
I use them for my marrow and comté cheese tart (Autumn menu)
